Favourite photos!

These photographs were taken by my older son, when he had escorted my parents to Gummidipoondi in April 2005.

Lovely. It's always interesting to see how an old couple starts resembling each other with age. I know a similar Uncle Aunty in our building who come down for a walk everyday. I've often wanted to take their photo, but been shy to ask.

@ Mine became scarily similar in their thoughts too, especially when it was 'them against their kid(s)'!

Lovely picture of a couple that seems so devoted to each other. It must bring back so many memories.

@eve's lungs: Thank you!
@Uttara: Yes, I love the quality of these photos. And they are both candid shots.
@mandira: They were together for sixty-seven years, imagine! They shared a lifetime of experiences.
I guess that's what makes their expressions similar, though their features aren't!
@radha: They were. Dad sometimes gets confused and asks where Mum is, and that is really heartbreaking.
